Context

Seven2 aimed to increase the visibility of its portfolio companies, highlight its value creation levers – including build-ups, international expansion, digital transformation, and ESG – and bring its investment strategy to life through high-quality content.

The ambition: to offer an expert lens on major sector trends and cement Seven2’s position as a committed, strategic partner for business leaders.

OBJECTIFS

The editorial framework was designed to address several positioning and communication priorities:

  • Showcase Seven2’s sector expertise through a multilingual owned media platform (FR/EN/IT).
  • Highlight the value creation levers deployed across the portfolio (build-ups, ESG, digital transformation, etc.).
  • Provide a storytelling platform to share portfolio success stories and best practices.
  • Create a high-quality discussion tool to support media relations and engagement with business leaders.
  • Maximise content reach through a curated distribution strategy (website, newsletter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Extend this approach to high-value corporate sustainability content.

RESULTS & Examples of our work

A fully-fledged corporate media outlet was developed: Apax Talks, a quarterly digital magazine structured around strategic themes – including sectors, market trends, and transformation challenges.

The initiative delivered 34 multi-format editions (in-depth articles, videos, motion design, infographics) distributed via a high-performing newsletter (+48% average open rate) and targeted social media campaigns.

Today, The Editorialist continues to work alongside the Seven2 teams, overseeing the editorial and graphic design of the group’s sustainability communications, with unwavering standards of quality, impact, and reach.
