BDO was aiming to elevate its content strategy and move towards a more structured, segmented and ROI-driven editorial approach. The objective was not only to improve the effectiveness of its communications, but also to better reflect the group’s positioning as a trusted advisor on high-value issues.

A structured, performance-oriented editorial system

Within months, The Editorialist developed a tailored editorial roadmap, including two distinct monthly newsletters—targeted respectively at large corporations and SMEs—alongside regular expert-led articles published on a centralised content hub.

To date, over 60 editorial assets have been published. Each month, more than 12,000 contacts receive the newsletters, generating a 40% open rate and a 7.5% conversion from reader to site visitor—clear indicators of both relevance and engagement.
