Context

Following its integration into the CMA CGM Group, CEVA Logistics wanted to reactivate its digital media platform, CEVA Insights, and turn it into a genuine driver of brand image and strategic positioning.

The challenge was twofold: modernising the editorial direction to reflect the group’s new identity, and establishing its internal experts as credible, authoritative voices on the major shifts reshaping supply chain — from AI and sustainable logistics to diversity and the rise of Africa as a key logistics hub.

CEVA Insights needed to become a cornerstone of the brand’s visibility strategy, capable of reaching multiple audiences — clients, prospects, journalists, key opinion leaders, and employees — through a genuinely international lens.

Objectives

A content strategy was designed to address several core business priorities:

  • Establish CEVA Logistics as a reference player in the global logistics ecosystem
  • Modernise and relaunch CEVA Insights as a flagship media property
  • Build a credible Thought Leadership programme driven by internal experts
  • Deploy an international editorial programme in English
  • Showcase internal expertise, client success stories, and the group’s strategic priorities
  • Strengthen brand awareness, legitimacy, and credibility across key markets

Results & Highlights

The Editorialist designed and delivered a pilot phase to relaunch CEVA Insights as a full-fledged Thought Leadership platform.

The engagement covered the entire editorial chain: defining the editorial direction, setting up an international editorial committee, producing expert articles and client case studies, creating web stories and motion design content, overhauling the Live Talks concept, and rolling out a social media distribution plan.

Built on a 360° content logic, the programme modernised the media platform, brought the group’s strategy to life through its people and expertise, and repositioned CEVA Logistics as a credible, structuring voice within the logistics ecosystem.
